9. Fairway Frenzy and Ultimate Fairway Frenzy is for a minimum of 2 people.

   1. Fairway Frenzy and Ultimate Fairway Frenzy is unlimited rounds of golf plus unlimited drinks from the list for the duration of your booking.  Upgrades on bottomless drinks to Premium Spirits and Cocktails are also available at an additional cost.

   2. Available to book throughout the year, subject to any local licensing and opening times. Sites are offering Fairway Frenzy and Ultimate Fairway Frenzy from 5pm (Weekdays) / 12pm (Saturday) depending on the site, final sitting time also depends on the site you are booking for. Your time slot (1 hour for Fairway Frenzy / 1.5 hours for Ultimate Fairway Frenzy) starts when the first drink goes through the till.

   3. The whole group must be taking part in the offer. Service times and availability may vary depending on bar location and subject to licensing restrictions. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Price is per person and drinks cannot be shared.

   4. 18+ applies and drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times.

   5. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.
       

10. Fairway Frenzy and Ultimate Fairway Frenzy must be pre-booked; we allow same-day bookings subject to availability.  All bookings must be made and paid for prior to your visit.  No refunds will be offered on advance purchase admission tickets – if you are unable to attend on the day of your booked visit, please contact the team on 0330 043 0660 at the earliest possible convenience (this must be done prior to your booking time).
     

11. Offers are not available on bank holiday weekends. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice), at any time.
     

12. House of Holes Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions:​
    
    By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by House of Holes (Derby) Ltd. 

    1. Eligibility:
       The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
       Participants must be residents of England.*
       Employees of House of Holes, their family members, and anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
       By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. *Please note we are located at 9 Babington Ln, Derby DE1 1TA. 

    2. Entry Period:
       The giveaway begins at 2.30PM on 15/08/24 and ends at midnight on 26/08/24.  
       Entries received after the specified end date will not be considered.

    3. How to Enter:
       To enter, participants must follow House of Holes on Instagram or Facebook (IG: @house_of_holesuk, FB: @House of Holes), like the giveaway post and comment their go-to karaoke song. 
       For an additional entry, share the post to Instagram stories and tag House of Holes. 
       Participants may enter more than once.  
       Entries must be made during the entry period mentioned in point 2.

    4. Prize:
       The prize is one free game of mini golf, one bottle of prosecco (or the choice of a soft drink), one hour of the Cocktail Making Masterclass and one hour of free karaoke for the winner and up to 3 people.
       The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
       The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.The entire offer must be redeemed on the same visit. The giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional days or offers.
       We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. 
       House of Holes decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

    5. Winner Notification:
       The winner will be notified via Instagram Stories/Direct Message on Instagram or via Facebook Messenger on 27/08/24 before 4PM.*
       The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
       If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be chosen.
       Once selected, the winner will have 3 months to redeem the prize.

    6. Publicity:
       You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by House of Holes for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

13. Freshers Fest Event

    1. Eligibility:
       The event is open to students who are currently enrolled in a recognized academic institution.
       Valid student ID must be presented at the entrance for admission.

    2. Ticketing:
       Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
       The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket appears to be tampered with, duplicated, or invalid.

    3. Entry & Admission:
       Admission to the venue will be granted only upon showing a valid ticket and student ID.
       The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee who is deemed unfit for entry, including but not limited to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
       Attendees must adhere to the dress code - No hats, hoods or sportswear.

    4. Code of Conduct:
       Attendees must behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and organisers.
       Aggressive, offensive, or illegal behaviour will result in removal from the event.
       The event organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee causing disruption or harm to others.

    5. Age Restrictions:
       The event is strictly for individuals aged 18+.
       Attendees may be required to present valid identification proving their age.

    6. Alcohol & Drug Policy:
       This event is strictly a no-drugs policy event. Any attendee found with illegal substances will be removed and reported to authorities.
       Alcohol may only be served to individuals above the legal drinking age. ID checks will be enforced at the bar.

    7. Liability:
       The event organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur at the event.
       Attendees participate at their own risk, and by attending, waive any claim of liability against the organisers.

    8. Photography & Media:
       By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organisers.
       Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the event organisers in advance. 

    9. Health & Safety:
       Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines set by the venue and event organisers.
       Any attendee feeling unwell should inform event staff immediately.

    10. Event Changes & Cancellations:
        The event organisers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or safety concerns.
        In case of cancellation, ticket refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.

    11. Offers & Discounts:
        Any promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers provided by the organisers, or third parties cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
        Only one offer may be applied per ticket or transaction.

    12. Data Protection:
        The personal data of attendees will be handled in compliance with data protection laws.
        Attendee information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
