REFUND POLICY

Thank you for booking with House of Holes.

All online bookings are subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions set out below.

Advance Booking, Confirmation & Arrival

Advance bookings must be made and paid for prior to your visit.

Email (or printed) confirmation must be presented to staff on your arrival as proof of purchase. If you cannot show the printed or electronic confirmation, you will need to purchase admissions tickets at the ‘on the door’ rate at the time of your visit to enter.

Advance purchase admission tickets do not include a ‘queue jump’ – on busy days, you will need to join the queue for the admission desk for entry to the courses.

The arrival time you select during the booking process is an estimate for arrival only – no guarantee is given that this will be your tee-off time. During busier sessions (weekends and school holidays), we recommend allowing extra time in case of a queue to the admissions desk.

For group bookings – you will be bound by the terms set out when booking your group. Some bookings may only be secured by the payment of a deposit which will be outlined to you upon booking.

Refunds

No refunds will be offered on advance purchase admission tickets – if you are unable to attend on the day of your booked visit, please contact the team on 01332 209 888 at the earliest possible convenience (this must be done prior to your booking time)

Tickets are only valid on the day/time you have booked and are not transferrable to other days/time without prior consent of the management.

Discounts & Promotions

Valid ID must be presented on arrival when booking the following admission tickets or bundles:

–       Students

–       Seniors

If these tickets have been purchases without the relevant ID/proof, you will be asked to pay the additional cost for a full price ticket on arrival.

The management of the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual or group, regardless of advance booking.

Any food and drink discount detailed in booking confirmation letters will only be valid on the same date as the admission tickets purchase. Food and drink discount is only valid for a single transaction.

Any discounts or promotions applied to online bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount without prior permission of the management.

Offers and/or discounts offered via online booking are subject to change and the management reserve the right to do so at any time.

Food & Drink

Food and drink items are subject to availability on the day of your visit – where items are no longer available, a reasonable substitute will be offered. If there are any specific dietary requirements within your party, please inform the venue at the point of booking.

Safety

For all admission, the safety and treatment of our visitors and staff is priority – if you are found to be acting in any way which would violate this, you may be asked to leave the premises.
